Two candidates are vying for the Republican nomination in the Eighth Congressional District and the right to face increasingly unpopular incumbent Jim Moran (D-8th) on November 7, 2006 in the General Election. RCGR Vice-President John Palatiello moderated the lively debate, which was taped by Channel 28 and will be replayed several times over the next two weeks.
